We collect personal information necessary to provide the Heya platform: contact details, business information, and the content of conversations our customers route through Heya. We use that information to deliver the service we have been engaged to provide, to coordinate with the systems our customers nominate, and to improve our product.

We do not sell personal information. We do not store customer data outside Australia. Sovereign deployment is available for organisations whose regulatory obligations require it.
